Matthias joined Fu-Gen as country manager for Sweden in 2016 and is now Chairman of Fu-Gen AG.
He has been involved in the wind and solar power industry since 1998 and has held board positions at Power Wind Partners, and the European Wind Energy Association, Wind Europe. He was also CEO of the Swedish Wind Energy Association. Today, Matthias is a board member of the Swedish Wind Power Technology Centre and Kalix Wind.
Iddo joined Fu-Gen’s Board of Directors in 2018. Iddo has been CEO of IBI (www.ibi.co.il) since 2011 and has over 25 years of experience in the financial markets. He began his career as a floor trader at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and went on to fill a series of management roles in portfolio management and brokerage within the IBI Group. Iddo is an ISA - licensed portfolio manager. Iddo also serves as Chairman of the Board of IBI.
Lorenzo is one of the founding members of Fu-Gen AG. He has been practicing as an energy transaction lawyer for over 15 years and has a vast experience in contract negotiation, due diligence, and financing for renewable energy investments. Lorenzo holds a law degree from the Catholic University in Milan and a Master in Financial Law from the Liuc University. Lorenzo brings to Fu-Gen an extensive financial network and vast know-how in M&A transactions.
Yaron is one of the founding members of Fu-Gen AG. He brings over a decade of experience in construction, financing, and management of renewable energy power plants in Europe to the team.
In 2008, Yaron had founded a development company for biogas development in Italy. In 2009, he went on to found an asset management company for the development and construction of utility-scale solar projects in Europe. Yaron holds a BSc in Math and Economy from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Avinoam is one of the founding members of Fu-Gen AG. He brings to Fu-Gen more than 15 years of experience in practical engineering and support of electrical power systems. Previous to Fu-Gen, Avinoam founded SolarPower ltd. in 2003 and was in charge of the construction of more than 500 solar projects in Israel and Africa. In 2016, SolarPower ltd. was sold to Orad ltd. (TLV:ORAD).

Tord joined Fu-Gen as operations manager of Fu-Gen’s assets in Sweden. Between 2009 and 2011, Tord introduced Gamesa to the Swedish market and before that he was the sales and marketing director for Vestas in Scandinavia. Since 2011, Tord has been managing assets of 115 Mw on the Swedish market.
Mats has been active in the energy and renewables sector for over 25 years. Starting out in ABB Group’s Energy Ventures he moved into wind power as an investor and advisor focusing on non-recourse financing and project development. He established Ukraine’s second largest wind power IPP with more than 200 MW wind power in operation. In the past years, he has advised companies such as Scatec Solar and ABB concerning acquisitions in the renewable energy sector.
Andreas brings know-how in the development and operation of wind energy projects in cold and extreme climates.
Since 2015, he has been managing two wind farms in his Swedish hometown, Kalix. Before entering the wind energy market, Andreas worked in the automation industry in the pulp and paper industry.

Giovanni is our local expert in solar energy construction in Italy.
He has 20 years of experience in electrical engineering. Since 2008, he has been the country manager for PV Connect. Prior to joining Fu-Gen, he was the project manager at an EPC contractor where he constructed utility-scale projects.
Shir joined Fu-Gen as their new technology analyst.
In 2016, Shir was among the founders of Orvani Flight Simulator, a training center that focuses on a new classified IDF drone. She has served as a senior officer for drone flight courses as well as a drone pilot. Shir brings to Fu-Gen technological expertise in remote sensing and storage technologies.
